Hindi ako nagiisa, marami akong kasama sa 'laban' na to! :) Ang iba nga ginawa pang New Years Resolution ang 'laban' na to. Mahirap, sobrang hirap, kelangan ng disiplina, tiwala sa sarili, pagtitiis! Minsan nagwawagi ka pero kadalasan natatalo ka, masyadong malakas ang hatak ng kalaban. Nakakapanlumo, nakakaguilty. Masarap kasi magpatalo...

Magbawas ng pagkain, disiplina sa pagkain. Ang laban na matagal ko nang sinimulan pero hanggang ngayon, natatalo pa din ako, ang masaklap pa - MADALAS AKONG MATALO.

Inaamin ko, malakas ang kalaban. SOBRANG LAKAS! Lalo na kapag na sa opisina ako. Narito ang ilang mga katibayan. Tsk.
